We offer a 7-day refund window from the date you receive access to the Service. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase to start a refund claim.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 7 days from the date you received access to the Service, and one or more of the following applies:

• The service was not delivered or activated after a confirmed payment.
• You experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
• You were charged incorrectly or billed more than once for the same subscription period.
• The service you received does not materially match what was advertised at the time of purchase.

Requests submitted after the 7-day window, or for other reasons, are evaluated case by case at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@catchonstv.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
