CatchON TV provides IPTV subscriptions that let you stream content on supported devices using a compatible player app. Available channels and on-demand content may change over time.

Your Account & Connections

• Your login details are personal. Keep them safe and do not share them.
• Each plan allows a set number of simultaneous connections. Using more connections than your plan allows may lead to interruptions or suspension.

Acceptable Use

• Do not resell, rent or share your subscription without our written permission.
• Do not re-broadcast or publicly display the service.
• Do not try to disrupt, hack or reverse-engineer our systems.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Payments & Renewals

Prices are shown on our Pricing page. Your subscription runs for the period you purchased and does not renew automatically. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep the service stable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party issues or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for having a compatible device, a suitable player app and a stable internet connection, and for using the service in line with the laws of your country.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms after reviewing the situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CatchON TV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
